14 weeks already?
Claire just hit the 14 week mark and it has really been amazing how much she has changed even in the past week. She has not been sleeping as well at night for about a week and a half (waking up some in between feedings, not typical for her!), but they say that this usually indicates developmental milestones are about to occur. It seems like every day this week she has done something...

Growing Up
It seems like Claire is constantly doing new things, but last night she let me carry her around upright for the first time. She just sat in my arms looking around at things as I walked around the house for 30 minutes, and it was fantastic.
2 Month Check Up
We saw the pediatrician last week for Claire’s 2 month well check and vaccines. She weighed 11 lbs, 8 oz and was 22 3/4 inches long. That’s a weight gain of 3 1/2 lbs in one month! The expected weight gain for that time frame was about 1 1/2 pounds, so we overshot that just a little :) Guess we don’t have to worry about whether or not she’s eating enough!...
Life with Claire
Claire will be 7 weeks old this Friday, and I really can’t believe it has been that long! Just in the last week she has gone from sleeping, crying, pooping, and eating to doing those things PLUS having a personality :) She smiles frequently, and has even started laughing in the last few days!
